Reiki with Jacinda!
Having always been told she has "magic hands," this sparked Jacinda's interest in massage, the medical field, and healing modalities. Eventually, she went on to be a certified Reiki Master.
What is Reiki? It is a Japanese healing technique known as "laying of hands." Reiki means "universal life force energy" and is based on the Eastern belief that energy flows through all living things. Through Reiki, you can remove blocked energies and restore balance to a person's energy flow to promote stress relief, boost energy, relieve pain, and balance your Chakras. To make your experience with Jacinda unique, she also connects with the angelic realm and can receive messages through vision and feelings. She can happily share these experiences if you wish!

Yoga with Jess
Jess is an RYT 200 certified yoga instructor based in the Beloit area. Her path to wellness has been anything but linear, and that lived experience shapes everything she teaches.
Yoga is a practice she's integrated into her life to assist in stepping into her most aligned version yet. It's taught her how to slow down and tune in. That journey isn't easy, but it's one that's deeply important to her. She loves being curious and sitting with whatever newness presents itself, even if it's uncomfortable.
Through Working Title Wellness, a name inspired by her background in media and the belief that we're all works in progress, Jess creates intimate, intentional experiences designed to help others reconnect to themselves and to their communities. Her approach addresses the whole person: emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual, meeting people exactly where they are.
